Job Description We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Global Share Schemes Manager, to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and some of our global share scheme initiatives. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding client service and have a deep understanding of employee share schemes globally (equity compensation), then this is your chance to make an immediate impact! In This Role, You Will: Lead with Expertise: Use your knowledge of share scheme programs (stock options, RSUs, performance-based awards) to help clients manage their plans from a tax and strategic perspective to drive results globally. Client Partner: Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, advising on share scheme compensation matters and mentoring junior team members to elevate their professional growth. Optimise Systems: Use your experience with share scheme administration platforms and other tools to improve processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in managing global programs. What We’re Looking For Extensive experience in global share plans and a track record of working with cross-border compensation programs. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including payroll and mobility teams. Strong problem-solving skills, ensuring compliance with complex regulations and guiding clients through challenging scenarios. A hands-on leader who can review team output and provide mentorship. Qualifications Must Have 7+ years of experience Tax consulting background (e.g., Big 4, law firm, or boutique advisory) with demonstrable client advisory experience. Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with global share schemes platforms and integrations. Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent). Nice to Have Understanding of global tax and payroll implications. Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. Additional Information This is a regular full-time position.
