Description
In this role, you will focus primarily on supporting the global compliance efforts. This includes being one of the key contacts for all compliance matters, assisting with meeting client assurance requirements and helping to develop assurance collateral to support client due diligence requests. You will also advise various business unit managers on compliance issues they encounter in practice and pro-actively come up with solutions. You will report into the Associate Director of Global Standards & Support, with whom you will work closely. This role will also work closely with the Data Privacy Team, Legal, and other Global Governance functions.
Additionally, the Global Standards & Support Coordinator will be responsible for supporting internal and external audits in the UK and supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Group’s global strategic approach to data privacy governance across the business. A key part of this role will be the international implementation and support of NCC Group’s compliance with applicable standards, namely ISO9001 and ISO27001, as well as the provision of compliance advice and support to help in ensuring the business is, and remains, compliant with local regulations, standards, contractual obligations, and relevant codes of practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Responding to requests from NCC Group’s clients for compliance-related information, including the completion of due diligence questionnaires, reviewing client information security requirements, and supporting legal contract reviews containing compliance aspects.
- Contributing to the development of compliance support documents.
- Supporting the Global Standards & Support team to ensure that key certifications are implemented, managed, and maintained across the wider group. A key part of this role will be supporting the implementation of the following: ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
- Supporting the continual improvement of our Information Security Management System, Quality Management System, and any internal controls impacting on information security, quality management, and data privacy.
- This role will also look to provide exposure to key parts of the Global Standards & Support function to support:
- Advising the business on governance including compliance and data privacy matters.
- Monitoring incident management reports and escalating material concerns.
- Supporting information security risk assessments, maintaining the risk register, and ensuring risks are actively managed and that incidents are escalated and resolved appropriately.
- Coordinating and supporting audits of NCC Group by its customers/external auditing bodies, ensuring audits run smoothly and following up on any corrective actions that are identified.
