Job Title: Global Strategic Account Executive, Financial Services
Overview:
Are you an ambitious sales leader ready to accelerate your career in a high-growth, innovative SaaS environment? SymphonyAI is seeking a Global Strategic Account Executive, Financial Services to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a strategic financial services territory with considerable quota accountability. As a key part of our sales organization, you’ll be responsible for building trusted relationships, driving new enterprise business, and expanding SymphonyAI’s footprint with some of the world’s largest and most influential financial institutions.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and own the go-to-market strategy for targeted financial services accounts, driving new customer acquisition and expanding business with existing customers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned quota through proactive pipeline generation, effective deal execution, and enterprise sales excellence.
- Build strategic relationships with C-level and senior executive decision makers, influencing digital transformation initiatives and positioning SymphonyAI’s SaaS solutions as mission-critical.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation, contracting, and close.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success, marketing, and executive leadership to deliver exceptional solutions and drive customer outcomes.
- Provide accurate pipeline and forecast management, leveraging Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Represent SymphonyAI at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to elevate our brand and thought leadership in the financial services sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree a plus.
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 4+ years selling into the financial services vertical.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
- Deep experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6-18 months typical).
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture executive relationships, influence decision making, and close high-value enterprise SaaS deals.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry—its ecosystem, business challenges, buying cycles, and regulatory environment.
- Results-driven with track record of consistently attaining or exceeding annual quotas
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM required; familiarity with modern sales tech stack a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%) for client engagements and industry events.
