Anduril Industries: Global Supply Chain Integration Lead – Europe
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. By leveraging the expertise, technology, and business models of the 21st century’s most innovative companies, Anduril is redefining how military systems are designed, built, and deployed. The company powers its systems with Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that creates a real-time, 3D command and control center using thousands of data streams. In an era of strategic competition, Anduril is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military—in months, not years.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain Integration Lead for Europe to fill a unique hybrid role that blends supply chain with growth strategy. This individual will directly support Anduril’s European expansion by building supplier relationships while also acting as a strategic advisor to corporate development teams and industry partners. This isn’t a traditional supply chain role—you’ll operate at the nexus of growth, strategic sourcing, and risk management, shaping deals before contracts are signed and ensuring rapid scalability in one of the world’s most complex regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Growth & Partnership Development
- Fuel European expansion by collaborating with growth and corporate development teams to establish relationships with industry leaders across the UK and Continental Europe.
- Shape pre-contract strategy by defining scope, developing proposals, and creating term sheets during early international capture phases.
- Advocate for supply chain insights in critical go/no-go decisions, providing market intelligence and risk assessments to leadership.
- Monitor and analyze UK/EU industrial ecosystem dynamics, emerging manufacturing technologies, and regulatory changes to identify partnership opportunities.
Build & Optimize European Supply Networks
- Develop the regional supplier base by proactively identifying and qualifying suppliers across diverse commodity categories that support multiple product domains.
- Lead end-to-end supplier engagement, including selection, qualification, and onboarding, assessing:
- Technical capability
- Capacity and scalability
- Quality systems
- Financial stability
- Maintain multi-tier visibility to understand and mitigate risks across Tier 1, 2, and 3 suppliers.
- Drive localization initiatives to enhance competitive positioning and align with national security supply chain requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
