Rebel Rebel is a fast-growing, award-winning beauty business disrupting the professional beauty industry with innovative products, bold branding, and exceptional customer service. Operating globally, we work with leading manufacturing partners in China and distribute products through multiple international warehouses, supporting customers around the world.

As our business continues to scale rapidly, we're looking for an experienced Global Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain operations. This is a critical leadership role that will ensure the right stock is in the right place, at the right time, while driving continuous improvement across our systems and processes.

What you'll do:

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the end-to-end management of Rebel Rebel's global supply chain.

  • Oversee purchasing from our manufacturing partners in China.
  • Manage all international freight.
  • Coordinate inventory across four global 3PL warehouse locations.
  • Ensure complete accuracy of inventory transactions within our ERP system, Unleashed.
  • Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you'll lead a team of two Inventory Administrators while helping build scalable processes that support Rebel Rebel's ambitious international growth plans.
  • You'll be responsible for managing inventory across approximately 800 active SKUs spanning five fast-growing beauty brands, with regular new product launches and range expansions. Ensuring stock availability, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency across this growing portfolio will be central to your success.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building as much as managing. This is an opportunity to shape the supply chain of a rapidly scaling global beauty business, developing the systems, processes, and people that will support our next phase of growth. You'll be comfortable bringing structure to complexity, challenging existing ways of working, and using technology—including AI—to drive smarter, faster, and more accurate supply chain operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
