Job Title: Global Software Synergy Sales Manager Location: UK, Remote Employment Type: Full-time The Job In this role you will work amongst the team in charge of Commercial synergy deployment with our strategic key partner AVEVA.The individual in this role will be vital in achieving the ambitious commercial synergy objectives between ETAP and AVEVA. ETAP's portfolio includes ETAP Design, ETAP RT, SEE Electrical, and Caneco, while AVEVA offers a comprehensive range of software solutions (UE, ADS, AIM, PI, ADH, etc.). This position requires defining and executing multidisciplinary tasks related to synergy strategy, business intelligence, marketing, commercial policy, sales and project coordination, finance reporting, and more. Exceptional communication skills are crucial for engaging with various stakeholders at all levels within both ETAP and AVEVA, as well as with customers. The primary KPI for this role will be the achievement of synergy orders. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, a strategic thinker, and have a proven track record in structuring approaches and delivering successful sales outcomes. This is a global position covering all geographies and will report to the ETAP Synergy and Partner VP. Key Responsibilities Shared responsibility for meeting the global synergy orders target for ETAP and AVEVA. Assist in securing significant synergy deals and projects. Help transition global and key accounts to Aveva Flex contracts. Collaborate with regional ETAP and AVEVA teams to coordinate the platforming of synergy leads. Organize regular synergy meetings with regional ETAP and AVEVA teams. Improve the value propositions for the ETAP and AVEVA segments. Formalize and consistently update the unified process and electrical digital twin concept, along with its value proposal. Promote strong collaboration with regional ETAP and AVEVA teams. Prepare periodic reports and perform gap analyses. Collect market intelligence from the field. Aid in upskilling ETAP and AVEVA teams regarding the combined value proposition. Contribute to defining and implementing effective enablement campaigns and resources. Maintain and update the synergy playbooks. Essential requirements Power system engineering degree Experience both in process automation and power automation (Scada, PPC, EMS, ..). Prior professional software selling or business development experience. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Possesses strategic business acumen and strong problem-solving skills. Team-focused, motivated, and results-oriented. Self-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a matrix organization and adapting to a fast-changing environment. Proficient in creating reports and presentations using MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and CRM tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Desired skills Experience with ETAP, ETAP Real-Time, or other power system analysis and management software would be advantageous. Electrical CAD design experience would be a plus. ETAP requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
