Global Talent Acquisition Lead (German Speaking)

Salary to be confirmed

Remote | Midlands Preferred | International Scope

Are you a German-speaking Talent Acquisition leader who enjoys building strategy whilst remaining hands-on with recruitment delivery?

We're partnering with a fast-growing international organisation seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Lead to shape, modernise and scale its global hiring function. This is a unique opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of growth and play a pivotal role in how talent is attracted, hired and retained across multiple international markets.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, enjoys creating structure from the ground up, and is equally comfortable influencing senior stakeholders as they are directly sourcing hard-to-find talent.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Global Chief People Officer, you will take ownership of Talent Acquisition across the organisation, balancing strategic transformation projects with day-to-day recruitment delivery.

  • Review and enhance current recruitment practices
  • Lead the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Establish scalable hiring processes
  • Partner with leaders globally to ensure the business can attract exceptional talent as it continues to grow

This is not a role where you'll simply manage a team from afar. We're looking for someone who enjoys being close to the recruitment process and leading from the front.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
