Role Description

We are looking for a Product Sales Assistant (Volunteer) who will support our growth by identifying potential leads and helping global talents understand the value of the eMigr8 ecosystem. This role involves managing early-stage lead generation, assisting with follow-up communications, and ensuring that prospective users find the right tools such as Dr. Zenith to start their migration journey. You will play a vital role in converting interest into active platform users and coaching clients.

The role will start as a part-time unpaid volunteer role pending when the company meets fundraising or ARR metrics.

This role is for a startup at a very early stage (pre-seed stage). You will need to commit volunteer unpaid time (about 6 hrs a week) to engage with potential leads, manage CRM data, and support the execution of our sales and outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads within tech communities, LinkedIn, and global talent forums who are seeking relocation pathways.
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline, ensuring all inquiries from the Free Visa Assessment and website are tracked and followed up promptly.
  • Engage with prospective users through email and social media to explain the benefits of eMigr8’s AI tools and expert coaching services.
  • Support the leadership team in preparing sales materials, newsletters, and outreach templates.
  • Collect and report user feedback from sales interactions to help the product team refine the user experience.
  • Monitor engagement on platform tools and reach out to "warm leads" to encourage them to take the next step in their assessment.
  • Maintain an organised database of prospects and assist in the automation of sales workflows.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive yet empathetic tone.
  • A strong interest in sales, business development, or growth marketing within the tech sector.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of complex tech talent visa pathways.
  • Highly organised with an ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up schedules independently.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the persistence required for early-stage startup growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • A passion for helping people achieve their global career and relocation goals.
