Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Talent Mobility Programme Lead to volunteer with eMigr8 on a part-time basis. In this role, you will design and oversee the structures and processes that enable our talent mobility programmes to run effectively from framework design and coordinator mentorship to stakeholder reporting and programme iteration.

This is a part-time, unpaid volunteer role. We believe in being transparent about that from the outset. We are a pre-seed stage company, and equity and future paid opportunities are part of the conversation as we grow.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement programme management frameworks for eMigr8's talent mobility initiatives
- Establish clear programme milestones, KPIs, and reporting cadences for internal and external stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior coordinators and volunteers across the mobility team
- Collaborate with the product, legal, and community teams to align programme delivery with platform capabilities
- Identify bottlenecks in mobility journey workflows and propose process improvements
- Contribute to grant applications, impact reports, and partner presentations where programme data is relevant
- Represent eMigr8 in conversations with mobility ecosystem partners and community organisations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in programme or project management, ideally within talent mobility, global HR, or immigration services
- Strong understanding of Global Talent Visa routes, skilled worker pathways, or international relocation processes
- Proven ability to design and manage complex, multi-stakeholder programmes
- Experience mentoring teams and building operational structures from scratch
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in an early-stage, mission-driven startup environment
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is a bonus but not required
