About The Role

As a Global Technology Engineer - Automation, you will lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge automation standards across diverse categories and geographies, driving consistency, innovation, and operational excellence. Working at the intersection of factory automation and digital transformation, you’ll define architectures, influence global vendor ecosystems, and enable seamless integration between shopfloor systems and advanced digital platforms using modern IIoT technologies. In this dynamic global role, you will drive the development and deployment of industrial automation standards that shape the future of manufacturing across Reckitt’s network. Combining deep technical expertise with hands-on project delivery, you’ll work at the forefront of digital manufacturing - defining equipment standards, supporting major CAPEX projects, and ensuring systems are secure, compliant, and ready for advanced data and IIoT applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners, you’ll play a key role in improving factory performance, enabling innovation, and building scalable, future-ready automation solutions worldwide.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
