About the Role
Join a high-impact global rewards CoE team shaping how we attract, reward and retain talent across diverse markets. This role is at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and digital transformation, helping to modernise our Total Rewards approach and deliver competitive, insight-driven solutions globally. You will lead key global reward initiatives, enhance our use of Workday and data, and play a critical role in evolving our total rewards strategy. The location(s) strategy supports team structure and aligns business needs.
Role Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with HR teams to provide expert reward guidance across multiple countries, demonstrating strong consulting skills to drive consistent and competitive reward practices.
- Demonstrate tech savvy skills to collaborate with the HRIS team to enhance Workday functionality, advancing automation, improving user experience and supporting the broader digital transformation of Total Rewards processes.
- Manage the global annual salary review process via Workday advanced compensation, ensuring system readiness, consistency, effective communication and training, governance and strong stakeholder alignment.
- Applying strong data analytics / quantitative skills to deliver data-driven reward insights, including pay equity, market competitiveness and cost modelling.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in reward analytics leveraging AI and advanced tools.
- Support the development of the broader global Total Rewards strategy and framework, applying strong business insights to contribute expertise and recommendations.
- Manage Total Rewards initiatives and projects, demonstrating effective project management to deliver agreed outcomes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on global compensation and benefits, driving policy excellence and applying a strong global perspective while partnering with local HR across assigned geographies to deliver seamless, compliant and market-aligned compensation solutions.
- Lead global benchmarking, conduct multi location benchmarking projects, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- Proven expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation, with strong project management experience in global organizations.
- Global Total Rewards experience supporting multiple countries and diverse markets.
- Skilled in data-driven insights, including analysis, visualization, and executive-ready storytelling.
- Extensive experience leading global salary review cycles and benchmarking, preferably with WTW.
- Strong track record in developing Total Rewards communications, including training, guidelines, and employee-facing materials.
- Deep expertise across core Total Rewards areas, including variable pay design and recognition programs.
- Master Excel and AI applications for Compensation Professionals.
- Problem solving attitude with a collaborative mindset.
- Expertise in stakeholder management combined with excellent consulting and communication skills and the ability to present complex topics in a simplified way and tailor them to different target audiences effectively.
- Analytical and structured thinker, including cost and trend analysis.
- Strong demonstrable progressive experience in compensation with focus on multi country, regional or global compensation programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Desirable
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP, CIPD, GRP) or equivalent certification.
