Global Trade Marketing Manager

Your purpose & impact: Reporting to the Head of B2B, the Global Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the full retail marketing strategy through effective communication, development and implementation of strategic plans that enhance our brand presence and drive sales in the retail channel. They will collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including Sales, product development, marketing, IM and PM to create compelling campaigns and promotions. Some of the things you’ll do: Define the overall Trade Marketing strategy and promotional calendar for Estrid retail Define and manage the global Trade Marketing budget in collaboration with the Head of B2B Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand market trends, competitor activities and consumer insights, translating them into actionable strategies Work with the retail team and closely with the Marketing team to create bespoke activation plans for retailers to support NPD launches & any commercial moments (Christmas, high summer etc) Act as the point of contact for Retailer marketing both internally and externally, working with key content stakeholders (KAMS, Marketing, CRM, Social, PR), as well as directly with the retailers themselves. Create post-launch analysis reports to analyse the effectiveness and maximise the profitability of these plans, ensuring we share winning activities across the business. Work closely with the sales team, with regular store visits, to action feedback & needs of the teams in-store, maximising the productivity of marketing efforts. Support the KAMs in all JBP presentations with retailers. Skills and experiences important for this role: Proven experience in Trade marketing, preferably in the retail sector Experience with working with our key retailers in the UK, DE and Nordics Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Creative thinking and problem solving abilities to develop unique and impactful marketing initiatives. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment. Education, credentials & Other: University Degree, masters degree is a plus Google suite English, German is a bonus What you’ll get: You will play an extremely important role in taking this brand to the next level, so you should desire to go above and beyond in your work.
