The Opportunity

As the second Web Developer in this growing team, you'll partner closely with several key stakeholders including Global’s Senior Web Developer, Regional Marketers, Marketing Automations team, Regional Web Developers, and DevOps to maintain existing and build new features across multiple websites.

You'll bring your keen eye for detail and passion for providing a good user experience to drive innovation and shape the future of LEAP's global marketing efforts. The success of this role partly relies upon communicating effectively with regional and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

  • Be passionate about web standards, with a strong customer-first mindset
  • Assist with the ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing websites
  • Use reporting, analysis, and monitoring tools to improve website design, performance, and functionality
  • Collaborate with the wider team to build new websites that accurately reflect design intent
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve our global websites and digital experience
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of website documentation

This is a global position that requires collaboration across multiple time zones. As such, there may be occasions when you will need to work outside of regular business hours to engage with and support our Australia-headquartered team.

  • Ensure ongoing conformity with organizational security policies, standards, procedures, and control frameworks, including risk management and incident management processes

What you'll bring

  • At least 4 years’ commercial experience in web development or UI engineering
  • Strong technical experience with Vue.js and Nuxt.js
  • Solid HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript coding skills
  • Foundational understanding of SEO best practices
  • Experience with Storyblok and familiarity with Netlify would be beneficial
  • Experience working with Figma to interpret designs, provide implementation feedback, and collaborate closely with designers to deliver high-quality user interfaces
  • Proven experience working closely with marketing stakeholders to deliver successful digital projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box
  • Positive, resilient attitude when things do not go as expected
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative team player who supports others and contributes to shared goals
  • Passion for keeping up to date with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices
