We're looking for a Global Webinar & Virtual Events Manager (m/f/d) to build and scale our global webinar program from the ground up.

Job Description

As our Global Webinar & Virtual Events Manager, you'll take ownership of TOPdesk's webinar and virtual events program. Working closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Field Marketing and Commercial teams, you'll create engaging digital experiences that generate pipeline, strengthen customer relationships and support business growth worldwide.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a global program, establish best practices and make a measurable commercial impact.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute TOPdesk's global webinar and virtual events strategy.
  • Plan and deliver webinars and virtual events from concept through reporting.
  • Create scalable playbooks, templates and processes for global marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Field Marketing and Sales to align events with marketing campaigns and commercial priorities.
  • Design engaging attendee experiences and ensure a consistent brand experience across all virtual events.
  • Measure performance, analyse results and continuously optimise attendance, engagement and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate reporting and CRM integration.
  • Build an on-demand content library that supports future marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Required experience and strengths

  • Experience building or managing B2B webinar or virtual events programs, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Hands-on experience with webinar platforms such as ON24 or similar.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and translate insights into improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on mentality with the confidence to build new processes from scratch.

Nice to have

  • Experience in ITSM, enterprise software or another technical B2B industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
  • Experience working with external agencies or production partners.
  • Experience managing global or multi-region marketing programs.

The salary range for Manchester is GBP 4,250–5,000 per month, and for London it is GBP 4,666–5,400 per month.

Compensation: GBP 4250 - GBP 5400 - monthly
