Global Wellness Manager
The Global Wellness Manager supports the implementation of the Global Wellness Strategy across the guest journey at Belmond, representing the Wellness Function as an internal business partner. This role focuses on translating strategy into operational delivery through the creation of frameworks, tools, and processes.
About the Role
The Global Wellness Manager will:
- Drive Wellness initiatives across Belmond’s luxury hospitality assets
- Work closely with Property Business Leaders to develop and implement Wellness concepts
- Foster a global Wellness Community and enhance employee awareness
- Research and implement innovative wellness innovations within hospitality
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support
- Translates Belmond’s Wellness Vision into operational excellence across hotels, trains, safaris, and boats.
- Develops and implements processes, frameworks, tools, and best practices for Wellness Operations.
- Collaborates with Property Business Leaders to design and execute Wellness Concepts & Initiatives.
- Animates the global Belmond Wellness Community and drives employee training.
- Conducts Wellness innovation research within and beyond hospitality industries.

Partnership Management
- Coaches and partners with Property Business Leaders to secure strategic wellness partnerships.
- Ensures high-performing relationships between properties and wellness vendors.
Financial Performance & Growth
- Designs and executes Wellness Activations that drive guest satisfaction, revenue, profit, and PR.
- Monitors Wellness performance continuously, identifying growth opportunities.
Development & Renovations
- Leads Wellness market studies for new properties (hotels, trains, safaris, boats).
- Works with the Global Head of Wellness & Guest Experience to deliver appropriate physical wellness facilities.
- Supervises pre-opening wellness preparations where required.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in wellness, ideally within luxury hospitality, with global exposoure.
- Proven ability to implement and manage successful wellness initiatives.
- Strong project management, brand, marketing, and analytical skills, with Excel proficiency.
- Passion for wellness, entrepreneurial mindset, and driving exceptional guest experiences.
- Exceptional communication & negotiation skills.
