Global Wellness Manager
Global Wellness Manager
The Global Wellness Manager supports the implementation of the Global Wellness Strategy across the guest journey at Belmond, representing the Wellness Function as an internal business partner. A strong focus will be on translating strategy into operational delivery through creation of frameworks, tools, and processes.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Support
- Supports the translation of Belmond’s Wellness Vision into operational reality across individual hotels, trains, safaris, and boats.
- Formulates and implements processes, frameworks, tools, and best practices for Wellness Operations to drive a culture of excellence.
- Collaborates with Property Business Leaders to develop and support the implementation of Wellness Concepts and Initiatives.
- Facilitates the animation of the global Belmond Wellness Community and ensures ongoing training for employees to enhance awareness and understanding of Wellness in Operations.
- Conducts research on new Wellness innovations within and outside the hospitality industry.
Partnership Management
- Coaches and collaborates with Property Business Leaders in identifying, selecting, and contracting strategic Wellness partnerships aligned with individual property positioning.
- Ensures best-in-class results between properties and Wellness partners.

Financial Performance
- Develops Wellness Activations that benefit guest wellbeing whilst driving satisfaction, revenue, profit, and PR.
- Monitors Wellness performance, identifying opportunities and solutions to enhance performance.
Development and Renovations
- Leads Wellness market studies for new locations and properties, including hotels, trains, safaris, and boats.
- Works with the Global Head of Wellness & Guest Experience to implement appropriate Wellness concepts and physical facilities.
- Oversees pre-opening Wellness preparations and activities where required.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in wellness, ideally within luxury hospitality, with exposure to international markets.
- Proven track record in implementing and managing successful Wellness initiatives.
- Strong project management capability, with solid brand marketing and analytical skills (including Excel).
- Genuine passion for wellness, combined with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on enhancing guest experience and driving growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
