Summary
At Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, we are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Globalization Portfolio Strategy Lead to drive the expansion and optimization of our product portfolio across global markets.
In this role, you will work closely with regional leadership, sales, product management, and business stakeholders to identify market opportunities, portfolio gaps, and commercialization priorities across regions. You will play a key role in shaping globalization strategies that help maximize the value and reach of our existing product offerings worldwide.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and drive regional portfolio globalization strategies aligned with business priorities
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive positioning, and regional product gaps
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and regional teams to align commercialization priorities
- Identify opportunities to expand and optimize the use of existing product offerings across markets
- Support portfolio planning and go-to-market alignment across regions
- Drive cross-functional initiatives related to globalization and portfolio expansion
- Contribute to sales enablement strategies supporting regional product adoption
- Provide strategic recommendations and executive-level insights based on market analysis
- Support business planning and regional growth initiatives
- Foster strong collaboration across international and cross-functional teams

Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Marketing, or related field
- Several years of experience in portfolio strategy, product management, commercialization, product marketing, sales enablement, or related strategic functions
- Experience working in global or cross-regional environments
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial technology, metrology, software, or engineering industries preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
