Independent Prescribing Pharmacist | Nottingham | ASAP Start | £30 - £35 P/H per hour
The Opportunity
Step into a role within a fast-paced clinical environment, where your expertise in medicines management directly influences patient outcomes and safety. As an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist, you will act as a critical link in the multidisciplinary team, ensuring therapeutic efficacy and precision in complex clinical decision-making.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Clinical Delivery: Lead comprehensive medication reviews and provide expert pharmaceutical interventions to optimise patient care pathways.
- Competencies: Demonstrate mastery of clinical pharmacy systems and advanced pharmacology to manage high-acuity caseloads effectively.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain rigorous adherence to GPhC standards and Trust-specific protocols to ensure the highest levels of patient safety.
- Skills: Coordinate seamlessly with medical and nursing staff to streamline discharge planning and departmental workflow.

Requirements
- GLP-1 experience
- Travel Vaccinations desirable but no essential
- Background: Relevant experience in a UK-based Pharmacy setting, with Right to Work in the UK.
- Credentials: Mandatory MPharm Degree (or equivalent) and current GPhC registration.
