👋🏼 ABOUT US
At Diligent, we are on a mission to help fintechs and banks automate and enhance Anti Financial Crime operations with AI agents. Leading banks and payment companies use us to automate risk investigations they run when onboarding and monitoring customers in Europe, Middle East, USA, and Asia.
Our founders have built fraud and AML risk solutions protecting billions in transactions at Europe's top fintechs, and we're taking that experience to revolutionize how financial institutions verify the legitimacy of their customers. With deep expertise in AI-driven risk assessment, we automate the routine investigative workflows that fincrime compliance teams spend hours on manually, freeing them to focus on complex cases that truly require human judgment.
We already work with leading fintech unicorns and banks, are growing fast, and we're looking for ambitious problem-solvers who are excited about using AI to tackle financial crime at a global scale. If you're passionate about making a real impact in the fight against fincrime, we'd love to have you on our team! 🚀
đź’Ľ THE ROLE
You are part of the founding team. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company - from go-to-market strategy and customer success, to high-level strategic decisions.
As a GTM associate, you'll work directly with our Cofounder and CEO on the highest priority initiatives each week. You'll lead our commercial operations and GTM strategy, support product delivery to customers, and help build the foundations of our company. This role is perfect for someone who is a hustler, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to wear multiple hats at an early-stage startup.
Typically, this looks like:
- [40%] Cold calling and outbound prospecting (daily dials, personalization, booking qualified meetings)
- [30%] Deployment strategy + customer success (support pilots, sit in on demos/onboarding, capture feedback, help drive use case expansion)
- [20%] Funnel management + GTM operations (CRM hygiene, building AI Automations for sequencing, pipeline reporting, experiment tracking, handoff notes)
- [10%] Events, conferences, and community/network-led outreach (where relevant)

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
