Join a fast-scaling startup as a generalist owner of the UK customer journey. Working directly with the Co-founder and UK Product Lead, you will deliver high-volume product demos, manage onboarding, and drive conversion. What You Will Do
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations at high volume, tailoring Marloo’s AI capabilities to specific adviser workflows and needs.
- Own the end-to-end customer onboarding process to ensure new users achieve first value quickly and transition to long-term success.
- Launch and run GTM experiments manually before automating them, solving mission-critical problems across sales, operations, and product.
The ideal candidate
- You have 2+ years of experience in customer-facing, fast-paced roles like consulting, startups, or sales with a visible upward career trajectory.
- You are an active AI power user who leverages tools like Claude or ChatGPT to amplify output and work at 10x speed.
- You are a high-agency operator with a "hustle" mentality, willing to handle everything from CRM fixes to international travel without ego.
