About The Role

Own our legal buyer journey end-to-end—pre-sale to renewal. You'll craft positioning, run launches and pilots, and drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion. You thrive working with law firms and in-house legal, aligning diverse stakeholders (partners, IT/security, procurement, end users) to outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define ICPs/segments and develop positioning, value props, and messaging that resonate with legal buyers.
  • Plan and execute GTM for launches: briefs, timelines, assets, internal enablement, post-launch analysis.
  • Partner with Sales on pipeline creation (content, events, webinars, campaigns) and late-stage deal support.
  • Design and lead onboarding, training, and change management to first value and sustained adoption.
  • Monitor account health (usage, outcomes), run QBRs/EBRs, and own renewals/expansions (NRR focus).
  • Contribute to customer outreach and prospecting.
  • Translate customer feedback into product requirements; coordinate betas and structured rollouts.
  • Create repeatable playbooks, decks, one-pagers, case studies, and demo scripts for internal and external use.
  • Navigate stakeholder groups at law firms and in-house teams (partners, practice leads, IT/security, procurement).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
