About Huzzle

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talents with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms across industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech.

Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team. This means you work closely with internal teams, contribute to meaningful projects, and have real opportunities for career growth.

Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor

Job Summary

We are searching for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer for a fast-growing, high-performance team. This is a unique hybrid role combining sales engineering, growth, and automation, ideal for candidates who thrive at the intersection of technology, data, and revenue generation.

You will play a critical role in designing and optimizing outbound sales systems, building scalable lead generation pipelines, and supporting revenue teams with technical solutions that drive measurable growth. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking remote GTM roles, growth engineering jobs, or technical sales positions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
