About the Role
We are looking for a strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to drive and execute commercial campaigns for our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Receivables Finance offerings—targeting corporate clients. This results-driven role demands expertise in transforming working capital solutions into game-changing propositions. Responsibilities include:
- Aligning internal teams,
- Crafting a compelling value narrative, and
- Accelerating market engagement.
The ideal candidate will drive adoption, visibility, and revenue through high-impact, data-driven campaigns.
Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement the annual GTM campaign framework, integrating commercial strategies into a unified message for SCF and Receivables Finance.

Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and report campaign impact, ensuring consistency with measurable business outcomes.

Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Partner with marketing for corporate-focused content, digital engagement, PR, and event planning.
- Work closely with FIS Supply Chain Finance Corporate Solutions team to optimize account engagement, targeted outreach, and messaging consistency.

Sales & Cross-Sell Support
- Lead GTM initiatives tied to cross-sell strategies in partnership with FIS OCFO sellers.
- Equip sales teams with actionable tools, narratives, and training to enhance client interactions.

Feedback-Driven Messaging
- Continuously refine communication approaches using insights from client discussions and Voice of the Customer feedback.
Requirements
Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial strategy, marketing, or GTM execution within financial services.
- Strong familiarity with working capital, SCF, and receivables finance as corporate solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build consensus and drive cross-functional influence.
- Data literacy, demonstrating a track record of linking commercial activities to sales conversions and client outcomes.
- Proactive, agile, and outcome-focused mindset for tangible campaign impact.
