Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead

Strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager – Supply Chain Finance & Receivables Finance

At FIS, our technology and our people are pushing the boundaries—advancing how the world pays, banks and invests. We believe in building inclusive, diverse teams, and together we innovate to help our colleagues, clients, and communities succeed. If you’re ready to grow your career and make an impact in fintech, we have one question: Are you FIS?

About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to lead and execute commercial campaigns focused on our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Receivables Finance propositions targeting corporate clients. This is a results-driven role designed for someone who excels in bringing working capital solutions to life—aligning internal stakeholders, elevating our value story, and accelerating market engagement.

You’ll drive adoption, visibility, and revenue through coordinated, measured action.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Design and execute the annual GTM campaign framework, aligning commercial levers with a unified narrative around SCF and receivables finance.
  • Track and report campaign performance with a strong focus on driving tangible business outcomes.
  • Partner with marketing on content, digital engagement, PR, and events tailored for corporate finance audiences.
  • Collaborate with the FIS SCF Corporate Solutions team to ensure consistent account engagement, prioritized outreach, and pitch consistency.
  • Lead GTM activities tied to the cross-sell plan in partnership with FIS OCFO sellers.
  • Empower the sales team with clear, value-oriented tools, narratives, and training sessions.
  • Refine messaging and execution based on feedback loops from client conversations and Voice of the Customer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
