The Change Partners are working with a tier-1 Brand who are heavily growing their Advertising business who are hiring for a GTM and Product Marketing Lead across EMEA.

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Product & Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead to define and drive the EMEA product and GTM strategy for Ad Experiences — spanning video, CTV, and innovative ad-format solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product & GTM Strategy

    • Lead and execute the EMEA product and go-to-market strategy for Ad Experiences products and solutions.
    • Develop compelling value propositions, positioning, and narratives to bring products to market, while establishing clear measurement frameworks to assess performance and impact.
  • Voice of the Customer

    • Act as the bridge between EMEA client-facing teams, Global Product Marketing, Product & Engineering, Business Development, and other internal stakeholders.
    • Synthesise market needs and craft points of view on product-market fit — defining what to build and how best to position it within the Ad Experiences ecosystem.

  • Product Feedback Loop

    • Create robust frameworks to monitor product adoption and capture client and market insights.
    • Partner with regional teams to channel feedback into Product & Engineering, helping shape future roadmaps and feature development.
  • Sales Enablement

    • Ensure consistency and clarity in how Ad Experiences products and solutions are presented.
    • Equip sales teams with the tools, insights, and training they need to communicate value, handle objections, and close deals.
    • Deliver sales collateral, FAQs, playbooks, and enablement sessions to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Product & Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Analytics & Insights, Pricing, Partnerships, Legal, and Operations to execute seamless product launches and GTM initiatives across EMEA.
  • Thought Leadership

    • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert for CTV and Ad Experiences.
    • Provide strategic insights and market perspectives to inform product strategy and commercial growth.

Your background:

  • Experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or GTM Strategy within ad formats and ad experiences.
  • Proven track record of leading product launches, defining value propositions, and driving adoption across multiple markets.
  • Ability to build frameworks, processes, and tools that scale GTM and measure product impact.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, turning complex products and data into clear, persuasive narratives.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and other teams.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
