About The Role
We are seeking a strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to lead and execute commercial campaigns for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Receivables Finance propositions aimed at corporate clients. This role demands a results-driven professional who can:
- Bring working capital solutions to life for corporate clients
- Align internal stakeholders
- Elevate our value proposition
- Drive market engagement through measurable, cohesive action
Your impact: Help drive adoption, visibility, and revenue through coordinated, outcome-focused strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute the annual GTM campaign framework, integrating commercial tactics with a unified narrative around SCF and receivables finance
- Track and report campaign performance with a focus on tangible business outcomes
- Monitor KPIs related to adoption, engagement, and revenue generation

Collaboration & Engagement
- Partner with marketing to tailor content, digital engagement, PR, and events for corporate finance executives
- Work closely with the FIS SCF Corporate Solutions team to ensure:
- Consistent account engagement
- Prioritized outreach
- Pitch consistency
- Lead GTM activities tied to the cross-sell plan alongside FIS OCFO sellers
- Enable the sales force with clear, value-driven tools, storytelling frameworks, and training sessions
Messaging & Improvement
- Refine messaging and execution based on feedback loops from client conversations and Voice of the Customer (VoC)
Who You Are (Requirements)
Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years in commercial strategy, marketing, or GTM execution, specifically within financial services
- Strong knowledge of:
- Working capital management
- Supply Chain Finance (SCF)
- Receivables Finance (corporate solutions)
- Business acumen: Ability to align cross-functional teams and build consensus
- Data-driven: Experience linking commercial initiatives to sales outcomes and client results
