Golf Operations Associate, Casual
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Golf Operations Associate to join our team.
In this role, you will help deliver an outstanding guest experience across our golf facilities, including the golf shop, driving range, starter’s hut, and golf course operations. You will be the first point of contact for golfers and hotel guests, providing information on tee times, memberships, golf services, and hotel facilities while helping to maximise sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service. Assist with golf bookings, tee times, memberships, and enquiries. Promote and upsell golf, retail, and hotel services. Support daily operations in the golf shop and driving range. Monitor pace of play and assist golfers on the course. Prepare, clean, and maintain golf carts and rental equipment. Manage golf bag storage and ensure equipment security. Help set up and support golf events and tournaments. Maintain high standards of cleanliness across golf facilities. Work closely with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude. Strong team player with a willingness to help others. Reliable, punctual, and well-presented. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of golf is desirable but not essential.
