About The City Golf Club
The City Golf Club is a new indoor golf experience launching in Royal Arsenal, Woolwich. Featuring state-of-the-art simulators, a welcoming social atmosphere, and a passion for growing the game, we're creating a space where golfers of all abilities can play, practice, and connect.
The Role
We're looking for two enthusiastic Golf Hosts to join our founding team. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, hospitality, and a genuine love for golf. You'll be the face of the venue, ensuring every visitor has a great experience from the moment they arrive.

- Welcome guests and ensure bookings run smoothly
- Provide a friendly, knowledgeable presence for golfers of all abilities
- Handle bookings, enquiries, and payments
Facility & Simulator Operations
- Ensure simulators are set up correctly and running as expected
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate where needed
- Keep the venue clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
Food & Beverage
- Serve drinks and light refreshments to customers
- Maintain stock levels and cleanliness in the bar/kitchen area
Marketing & Community (experience dependent)
- Support social media content creation and engagement
- Help build relationships with local golfers, clubs, and communities
- Contribute ideas for events, leagues, and promotions
What We're Looking For
Essential
- A genuine enthusiasm for golf (all playing abilities welcome)
- Friendly, personable, and comfortable talking to a range of people
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Competent with technology (booking systems, simulators, POS)

Desirable
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service
- Knowledge of golf equipment, rules, or coaching
- Social media or content creation skills
