Role Description
The Golf Sales Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for selling luxury golf travel packages, nurturing new and existing client relationships, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Responding to leads
- Designing tailored golf itineraries
- Preparing quotations
- Coordinating closely with suppliers, golf resorts, and hotels to secure competitive rates and availability
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Following up on prospects

The role also involves:
- Attending industry events and familiarisation trips where appropriate
- Staying current with championship courses and golf destinations
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall client experience
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in travel, hospitality, or a related sector.
- Knowledge of golf travel, championship courses, and key golf destinations, with the ability to design attractive golf itineraries.
- Excellent customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills, including confident phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Solid organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in quotations, bookings, and documentation.
- Comfort with CRM systems, booking platforms, and standard office software; ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Previous experience in luxury travel or golf tourism is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, while managing individual responsibilities independently.
- Relevant education or professional training in travel, tourism, business, or hospitality is an advantage.
