Role Description

The Golf Sales Executive is a full-time hybrid role, responsible for driving sales of luxury golf holiday packages and resort stays. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries
  • Preparing tailored proposals for individual guests and groups
  • Closing bookings to meet revenue targets

The role involves:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, travel partners, and resort contacts
  • Following up on leads and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems

The Golf Sales Executive will ensure that packages are presented accurately, customer expectations are clearly set, and service delivery aligns with brand standards.

The position also requires:

  • Staying up to date on golf destinations, seasonal offers, and competitor activity to support informed recommendations and effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within golf travel or tourism
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with a diverse client base.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, booking systems, and standard office software to manage leads, proposals, and reservations.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling complex itineraries and group bookings.
  • Interest in golf and/or experience working with golf resorts or sports-related travel is highly beneficial.
