Golf Services Team Leader – Luxury Resort Hospitality

Your Purpose
You will:
- Manage golf services, including training, team leadership, and financial responsibility
- Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards (SOPs)
- Ensure operational excellence across all facets of golf services
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Financial Leadership
- Support sales initiatives, promotions, and team incentives
- Collaborate with marketing teams to update golf-related promotions
- Track and report departmental budgets and revenue targets
- Implement a commercial approach to daily operations, maximising income
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality, introduce innovation, and enhance guest experience

Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all Golf Services strictly follow Fairmont’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor and boost guest satisfaction scores
- Lead by example—delivering exceptional guest journeys, set the tone for the team
Team Development & Culture
- Provide mentorship and train junior staff
- Foster team culture through support, collaboration, and development
- Contribute to succession planning
- Attend weekly Resort Operations Meetings (where possible)
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 1–2 years in golf operations or guest-facing leisure services within a luxury resort (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities
- Proficiency with PMS, booking systems, Microsoft Office
- Ability to work outdoors and manage duties with physical demands
