The Goods-In & Kitchen Administrator Role

We are seeking a hands-on Goods-In & Kitchen Administrator to collaborate closely with Marcus and the kitchen management team. Your work will keep the daily operation seamless:

  • Actively involved in goods-in processes
  • Assist with stock counts, inventory management, and ordering
  • Support spec work and KRMM product administration
  • Operate seamlessly within a fast-paced kitchen environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage goods-in, ensuring stock is received accurately, organised, and logged.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and promptly highlight discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and track supply orders to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
  • Liaise with Marcus for spec work and product admin tasks.
  • Handle daily order administration, printing, and report generation.
  • Maintain flexibility and assist as the business grows—plug into additional support where needed.

Required Qualities

  • Proactive, organised, and reliable; always one step ahead.
  • Comfortable excelling in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills for daily administrative tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Previous experience in kitchen or food production is helpful but not mandatory. Personal drive outweighs prerequisites.

  • Flexible hours: Part-time or full-time availability, open for day shifts only.
  • Weekends off: Yes—but we may occasionally exclude one weekend off per month.
