Goods-In Team Leader – Warwick
Location: Warwick
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Day shift
Job Type: Full-time, ongoing temp-to-perm
Recruitable Staffing are proud to be recruiting an experienced Goods-In Team Leader for a busy warehouse operation based in Warwick.
The successful candidate will lead the goods-in function, ensuring incoming deliveries are unloaded, checked, recorded and stored accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day goods-in operation
- Coordinating incoming deliveries
- Checking stock against delivery notes and purchase orders
- Investigating stock discrepancies and damaged goods
- Booking stock onto the warehouse system
- Allocating tasks to members of the goods-in team
- Ensuring stock is labelled and stored correctly
- Liaising with warehouse, transport and administration teams
- Monitoring productivity and accuracy
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed

What We’re Looking For

- Previous goods-in or warehouse team leader experience
- Strong knowledge of stock checking and booking-in processes
- Confident using warehouse systems and computers
- Good communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Able to lead from the front and support the wider warehouse team
Pay: £14.00 per hour
