About the Opportunity:
We're proud to be working as the internal recruitment partner for our client - a world-class organisation providing advanced manufacturing solutions for the aerospace sector. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Goods Inwards, Stores & Despatch Operative to join the team in Romford.
What you'll be doing:
- Receiving and accurately storing finished manufactured parts.
- Ensuring all stock is processed correctly on the MRP system.
- Picking and packing customer orders with precision and care.
- Preparing outbound shipments with the correct documentation.
- Coordinating collections with approved couriers.
- Carrying out stock checks and maintaining a tidy, organised stores area.
- Working closely with colleagues and couriers to ensure smooth operations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen willingness to learn; no previous experience is required as full training can be provided.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A strong work ethic and a proactive, positive attitude.
- High attention to detail with great organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in stores, despatch or goods inwards is desirable (but not essential - full training is provided).
- Familiarity with MRP systems would be an advantage.
- Must live within commuting distance of Romford.

- Working hours Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-1pm.
