Fulfilment Manager
£37,000–£45,000 + Excellent Benefits | Permanent | Maidstone - Kent | 1pm - 10pm Shift
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fulfilment Manager to join a rapidly growing ecommerce business operating from a modern, highly automated warehouse facility in Kent.
This role will suit a hands-on operational leader with a strong background in warehouse, dispatch, or fulfilment management who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and motivating large fulfilment and dispatch teams
- Driving productivity, performance, and operational KPIs
- Ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time
- Leading daily operations across shift patterns and team handovers
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and warehouse compliance
- Supporting process improvement and warehouse automation initiatives
- Managing staffing, absences, payroll records, and performance reviews
- Working closely with warehouse leadership to improve efficiency and service levels

The Successful Candidate Will Have
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within warehouse or fulfilment supervision/management
- Experience working within fast-paced ecommerce or distribution environments
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- A proactive and highly organised approach
- Experience managing KPIs, productivity, and operational targets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of warehouse health & safety procedures and best practice
