At The Randolph, Oxford’s most iconic hotel, our restaurants, bars, and event spaces depend on high-quality ingredients and supplies arriving accurately and on time. We’re now looking for a reliable and organised Goods Receiver to manage deliveries, stock handling, and storage operations across the property.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Receiving, checking, and recording deliveries from suppliers
  • Ensuring deliveries meet quality, quantity, and invoice standards
  • Organising and storing goods correctly following stock rotation procedures
  • Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organisation within storage areas
  • Working closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure stock availability
  • Managing stock documentation and supporting inventory processes
  • Reporting discrepancies, damages, or supply issues promptly

What Do You Need?

  • Previous experience in goods receiving, stores, or stock control preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
  • Basic understanding of food safety and storage procedures
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment
