Role Overview
We’re looking for a Google Ads Lead Generation Specialist who has the ability to build & manage lead-generation campaigns for new and existing clients whilst utilising minimal spending (SME clients).
This position requires a 360 hands-on approach, which includes discovery and research of clients, strategic thinking and orchestration of page builds, optimising and scaling of ads, tracking conversions, monitoring lead quality, all with a view to exceeding client expectations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys seeing the direct impact of their work on client growth and campaign performance.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute effective Google Ads lead generation strategies for a range of clients
- Plan and wireframe high-converting landing pages to support campaign performance
- Build and manage profitable paid search campaigns, optimising for strong lead quality even with smaller budgets
- Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to maximise performance and ROI
- Set up and manage basic CRM systems (e.g. Google Sheets) to track and analyse lead conversions
- Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, providing insights and performance updates
- Produce clear performance reports using Google Ads and Google Analytics

Skills And Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working on Google ads (particularly Google Search Ads, including PMAX)
- Minimum 2 years of agency side experience
- Demonstrable experience of driving strong quality leads for smaller spend levels and leaning on strategic solutions to execute success
- Advanced knowledge of the Google Ads platform
- Experience in wire-framing high converting landing pages for the WordPress platform
- The ability to use reporting tools such as Google Analytics. Looker Studio experience would be advantageous
- Working knowledge and experience of tagging and tracking via Google Tag Manager
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance
- The ability to write compelling ad copy and think creatively about how to generate high-quality leads
- A high level of motivation and a proactive mindset, with the confidence to take ownership of your work
- A results-driven approach, always focused on delivering measurable outcomes for clients
- Excellent attention to detail when managing campaigns, tracking, and reporting
- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team
