Pear Tree Farm Animal Sanctuary is looking for a volunteer to help with Google Ads and SEO. Support a small vegan animal sanctuary by improving our online visibility, website traffic, donations and awareness. Remote and flexible role for someone with digital marketing experience.
What difference will you make?
Support with Google Ads and SEO would help Pear Tree Farm Animal Sanctuary reach far more people online and improve awareness of our work caring for rescued farm animals.
As a small grassroots charity, we rely heavily on donations, sponsorships, fundraising and volunteer support to continue operating. Improving our online visibility would help us attract new supporters, increase donations, promote sanctuary visits and experiences, recruit volunteers and strengthen long-term sustainability.
The role would also help us make better use of free tools such as Google Ad Grants, which we currently do not have the time or expertise to fully maximise internally. Better SEO and advertising could significantly increase traffic to key fundraising campaigns and educational content, helping more people engage with animal welfare and vegan sanctuary work.
Ultimately, stronger digital reach means more support for the animals in our care and a greater ability to continue rescuing and protecting vulnerable animals in the future.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
