Join our dynamic Go-to-Market team as a Senior Google Business Architect. As a certified Google Cloud expert, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how enterprises adopt and leverage Google technologies—from Artificial Intelligence (AI), Security, and Data to Vertex AI and Dataflow—to solve complex business challenges.
You’ll work closely with Kyndryl Consult Partners, customers, and Google officials to develop strategic, Google-based solutions that exceed expectations. More than a consultant, you’ll be a trusted advisor and visionary, crafting compelling business cases, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts that win deals and drive Kyndryl’s growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead Customer-Centric Engagements
- Collaborate with customers to identify, analyze, and align technical and business requirements, crafting Google Cloud-based solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
- Develop high-impact demonstrations, proofs of concept, and prototypes to showcase Kyndryl’s technical strengths and differentiate us from competitors.
- Provide strategic recommendations to pre-sales, sales, and consulting teams, ensuring solutions maximize value and profitability.
Architect Winning Solutions Across Google Cloud
- Build cross-functional, end-to-end solutions using Google Cloud’s GCP (Compute, Networking, Storage), Gemini Enterprise, Data/BigQuery, Security (CIS), Vertex AI, and Dataflow.
- Leverage your deep expertise in AI/ML, data analytics, and cloud security to address scalable, mission-critical challenges for global enterprises.
- Align Kyndryl and Google’s partnership priorities to define and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with Stakeholders & Partners
- Partner with Kyndryl Consult Partners, Google alliance teams, and ecosystem partners to co-develop collaborative, co-created solutions.
- Represent Kyndryl at Google Cloud events, summits, and forums, elevating Kyndryl’s thought leadership in the Google Cloud ecosystem.
- Lead pre-sales activities, including solution design, compliance validation, and proposal drafting to ensure high-quality, customer-ready proposals.

Drive Strategic Relationships
- Build authentic relationships with internal teams, Google Cloud representatives, and partner networks.
- Develop a knowledge-sharing culture that bridges Kyndryl’s domain expertise with Google’s deeper technical capabilities.
- Contribute to promotional directives and content creation to support Kyndryl’s positioning as a partner of choice for Google Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Deliver Solutions
- Apply a strategic mind-frame to analyze complex enterprise challenges and recommend solution blueprints that federate deliverables across Kyndryl’s implementation touchpoints.
- Ensure solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with Kyndryl/Google’s agreed roadmaps.
Collaborate & Communicate
- Act as a bridge between Kyndryl Consult Partners and Google specialists, ensuring seamless technical handoffs.
- Foster partnership-driven thinking in deal transformation, certifying that solutions are technically viable, commercially defensible, and customer-winning.
Build Relationships with Google Ecosystem
- Participate in Google Internal and customer co-development teams to influence product roadmaps, key partnerships, and collaboration initiatives.
- Champion Kyndryl’s relationships to secure first-move innovation credit within partner channels.
Who You Are
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Technical Proficiency (Core Requirements)
- Certified expertise in multiple Google Cloud services, including:
- GCP (Compute, Networking, Storage, Kubernetes)
- Gemini Enterprise
- Data (BigQuery, Dataflow, Analytics)
- Security (BeyondCorp, CIS Controls)
- AI/ML & Vertex AI
- Developer Cloud (DC), Deployment Manager & App Engine
Business & Leadership Requisites
- Demonstrated success in pre-sales, sales consulting, or solution architecture—preferably in enterprise cloud and AI domains.
- Ability to quickly onboard, define, and analyze enterprise financial & technical assessments to drive profitable engagements.
- Experience advancing and implementing scalable “carbon innovative” alternatives that are justifiable through economic, technical, or operational value.
Soft Skills (Essential)
- Strong consultative expertise in selling and translating Google capabilities to enterprise value propositions.
- Excels in communication—balancing complexity for technical architects with high-impact simplications for executives.
- Highly adaptable in a collaborative, global environment, with a strong ear and empathy approach to guilding partners with feedback.
