Job Description
- Manage end-to-end committee and meeting processes, including agendas, packs, and governance documentation.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups and closure.
- Coordinate resolution circulation and maintain accurate records of decisions.
- Maintain committee calendars, annual schedules, and governance timelines.
- Act as a key liaison between committees, senior management, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and aligned with governance requirements.
- Handle committee correspondence and respond to internal queries professionally.
- Prepare high-quality reports, minutes, resolutions, and governance materials.
- Support corporate governance framework implementation, audits, and compliance activities.
- Manage corporate filings, regulatory submissions, and maintain secure, well-organised governance records.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent)
- Knowledge of governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all tasks.
