Governance and Compliance Lead

About Inizio

Inizio is a global partner to health and life sciences organisations, delivering specialist expertise across the product and patient journey. Through Global Finance Services (GFS), we provide high-quality, efficient and compliant finance operations that support business performance worldwide.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Global OTC, we are seeking a Governance and Compliance Lead to oversee governance, controls and compliance across our Global Finance Services Order-to-Cash function. You will own the OTC controls framework spanning revenue, billing, collections and cash application, lead audit coordination, oversee governance of AI-assisted and automated OTC processes and ensure robust compliance, quality and risk management.

Working closely with the Governance and Controls Lead within the RTR function and the wider OTC functional leads, you will drive control effectiveness, audit readiness and continuous improvement across OTC while leading the Senior Governance and Compliance Analyst.

Here's what you'll be doing

Governance, Controls & Compliance

  • Own and maintain the OTC controls register across revenue, billing, collections and cash application.
  • Lead the annual Control Self-Assessment (CSA) programme and track remediation actions.
  • Identify control gaps and drive remediation plans.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external audit across OTC.
  • Deliver audit readiness assessments.
  • Own governance for the AI-powered collections service.
  • Maintain control coverage for the automated cash application bot.
  • Assess the control readiness of changes to automated and AI-enabled OTC processes before deployment.
  • Define and monitor OTC quality standards, KPIs and SLA adherence.
  • Produce governance dashboards, audit reporting and risk trackers.
  • Partner with the RTR Governance and Controls Lead.
  • Lead and develop the Senior Governance and Compliance Analyst, directing their work across controls testing, audit support and governance reporting, and enabling their ownership of the OTC AI agent portfolio - ensuring AI agents are properly governed, continuously improved and aligned to the broader OTC controls framework.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
