Salary £35,000–45,000 per annum (dependent upon experience) plus health cash plan (saving you over £1140 a year)

Responsibilities
- Support boards and committees to:
- Plan, prepare, and run effective meetings.
- Draft clear agendas, papers, minutes, and decision trackers.
- Strengthen relationships with executives and senior stakeholders across the organisation.
- Maintain governance policies and processes up to date.
- Manage registers and support audits, returns, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
You must have:
- Strong knowledge of governance, risk, or compliance processes.
- Experience supporting boards or senior meetings—ensuring they run professionally and effectively.
- Excellent writing skills to produce clear, concise minutes and reports.
- Strong organisational abilities, capable of prioritising multiple responsibilities.
- Confidence at all levels—to build relationships and challenge constructively.

Work Pattern & Flexibility
- Monday–Friday, with:
- Hybrid option: 2 days on-site at our Newcastle upon Tyne office, the rest home-working.
