Governance Coordinator

Permanent

Reading (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)

Are you highly organised, analytical, and confident managing complex data while coordinating multiple stakeholders? We're looking for a Governance Coordinator to join a leading telecoms infrastructure organisation, playing a key role in supporting the governance and delivery of critical UK network infrastructure programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate governance activities across infrastructure programmes
  • Analyse and manage complex datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Produce reports and insights to support business decisions
  • Prepare governance meeting packs and maintain key documentation
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, shareholders, and suppliers
  • Drive process improvements and support operational excellence

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
  • Strong analytical and reporting experience
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a governance-focused environment
  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience with Site Tracker or Remedy
