Governance Coordinator

Reading (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)
Are you highly organised, analytical, and confident managing complex data while coordinating multiple stakeholders? We're looking for a Governance Coordinator to join a leading telecoms infrastructure organisation, playing a key role in supporting the governance and delivery of critical UK network infrastructure programmes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate governance activities across infrastructure programmes
- Analyse and manage complex datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Produce reports and insights to support business decisions
- Prepare governance meeting packs and maintain key documentation
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, shareholders, and suppliers
- Drive process improvements and support operational excellence

Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Strong analytical and reporting experience
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a governance-focused environment
- Great stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable
- Experience with Site Tracker or Remedy
- Telecoms, infrastructure, or asset management experience
- Exposure to governance, planning, or operational support
