Governance & Digital Projects Lead
Location: London (Hybrid/Office-Based by Agreement)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40-£45K pa (Dependent on Experience)

Airmid Staffing is seeking an experienced Governance & Digital Projects Lead to play a pivotal role in supporting our Registered Manager and Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a growing healthcare organisation, helping to ensure our services remain safe, compliant, inspection-ready and forward-thinking.
This is far more than a compliance role. You'll be a trusted advisor, project coordinator and governance lead, helping to drive quality improvement across adult social care, complex care and healthcare staffing services.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Registered Manager and Managing Director, you'll take ownership of governance systems, compliance monitoring, digital projects and operational reporting.
You'll work collaboratively across the business to strengthen quality assurance, support regulatory readiness and help deliver innovative digital improvements that enhance patient safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Compliance
- Support CQC and CIW inspection readiness.
- Maintain governance trackers and compliance systems.
- Monitor changes in legislation, guidance and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate policy reviews and compliance documentation.
- Prepare evidence for inspections, audits and commissioner reviews.
- Identify compliance risks and recommend practical solutions.

Quality Assurance
- Review incidents, complaints, safeguarding concerns and audit findings.
- Analyse trends and produce meaningful governance reports.
- Support root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure governance actions are tracked through to completion.
- Help embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Data & Reporting
- Produce dashboards and KPI reports using Excel, Power BI and business systems.
- Analyse operational data and identify trends.
- Validate information before external submission.
- Support board reports, tenders and commissioner returns.
Digital Projects
- Coordinate digital transformation projects.
- Liaise with website, software and technology providers.
- Support AI, automation and reporting improvements.
- Assist with cyber security, GDPR and digital governance initiatives.
Training & Communication
- Monitor mandatory training compliance.
- Produce governance newsletters and staff briefings.
- Support policy implementation and staff awareness.
- Identify emerging learning needs.
What We're Looking For
