Location: Newbury + Hybrid
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

Job Description
What you’ll do
As Governance Manager, you will oversee contract governance, performance monitoring, documentation, and reporting for key partner and Network supplier contracts. You will support Contract Managers on major projects and ensure strong time‑management and expectation‑setting.
- You will work closely with MSA/MSP Contract Managers to maintain effective governance and build a solid understanding of each contract.
- You will prepare and distribute Governance Board packs and report on Vodafone and supplier compliance using Contract Watch.
- You will regularly engage with Network Design, Build, and Operations teams to ensure they manage their contractual obligations, track deviations with reasons, monitor risks and issues, and escalate key insights to the relevant Contract Manager.
Preparation, planning and distribution of Governance Board packs to support the relevant contractual requirements and implement and run effective internal and or partner/supplier governance processes to track and report on VodafoneThree and Partner/Supplier compliance with all contractual obligations
- Strong knowledge/understanding of relevant contracts and able to explain how contracts work to operational stakeholders and refer issues on for specialist advice and support.
- Accountable for the high quality and accurate production of a monthly reporting suite shared with senior internal stakeholders demonstrating VF & suppliers performance against core contractual KPI’s and Ad Hoc requests.
- Highlighting contract obligation compliance issues with Senior Managers in a timely manner.
- Own continuous improvement in relation to governance and contractual compliance, ensuring monthly review of initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Networks teams and wider cross-functional teams to deliver high quality contractual obligation support and learning.
- Lead Governance calls with partners and internal teams ensuring all key actions and notes are recorded, stored and followed up.
- By providing a front door, assure on-boarding of new team members from across the business and undertake a quarterly review of existing team members working in the MBNL joint venture, and those working across MBNL and Beacon to ensure compliance.

Qualifications
Who you are
- Experience of working with reporting tools such as Contract Watch, using the data to drive improvement.
- Demonstrate excellent presentation skills with an ability to take a complex topic and simplify the information for an exec audience.
- Ability to identify and demonstrate data driven decisions.
- Experience of commercial contracts and relationships with suppliers/partners.
- Experience of working with data and producing reports.
