Are you an experienced Risk & Compliance professional working in an internal compliance function within an accountancy or professional services firm? We're looking for a professional who understands the unique regulatory environment of professional practice and who is ready to step into a senior management position.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and embedding a Group-wide risk and compliance framework within a fast-growing professional services business.
You will help deliver the Group's compliance strategy and play a key role in supporting the compliance integration of newly acquired firms. You will work to standardise policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory processes across the business, ensuring new offices are successfully integrated into a consistent Group-wide compliance framework.

We're particularly interested in hearing from professionals who have experience in:
- An internal Risk & Compliance team within an accountancy, audit, tax, legal, or wider professional services firm
- AML, CDD, financial crime, ethics, and regulatory compliance in a professional practice environment
- Working with ICAEW, ACCA, or other UK professional body regulations
- Developing and maintaining compliance frameworks, policies, risk registers, and governance processes
- Supporting regulatory inspections, practice assurance activities, and Board reporting
- Influencing Partners and senior stakeholders to embed best practice and regulatory change
- Delivering compliance training and fostering a strong risk and compliance culture across multiple offices

This is not intended to be a client-facing consulting role. We're looking for someone who has experience managing and developing their own firm's internal risk and compliance framework, partnering with senior leadership to ensure regulatory obligations are met while supporting business growth.
While previous acquisition integration experience would be advantageous, we're equally interested in candidates who have successfully implemented consistent compliance frameworks, policies, and governance processes across multiple offices or business units.
