Telford College is seeking an exceptional Governance Professional to play a pivotal leadership role at the centre of our organisation. This is a rare opportunity to influence the strategic direction, integrity, and effectiveness of governance within a forward-thinking Further Education college.
As a trusted advisor to the Chair, Corporation, and Executive Leadership Team, you will champion governance excellence, ensuring the College operates with transparency, accountability, and full regulatory compliance.

About The Role
As Governance Professional, you will act as the independent authority on governance, providing expert advice and leadership across all aspects of corporate governance. You will ensure the Corporation meets its statutory responsibilities while enabling high-quality decision-making that drives our strategic mission forward.
As a Senior Post Holder and key member of the leadership "Triumvirate", your influence will be integral in shaping governance frameworks, strengthening oversight, and embedding best practice across the College. This role is a term time only role (39 weeks)
