About the Role
As the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Analyst, you will:
- Support the Global Head of Compliance
- Ensure all international compliance needs are met
- Serve as a key member of the GRC team
- Bridge operational and analytical tasks to foster a culture of ethical compliance
This role is central to developing, implementing and maintaining the company’s GRC Framework, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Governance
- Assist in maintaining:
- Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- Quality Management System (QMS)
- SOC2 compliance in our Compliance monitoring tooling
- Support policy development and creation across the company.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
- Complete customer, partner, and vendor due diligence activities.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Identify and remedy gaps in policy and process to align with compliance needs.
- Contribute to the development of Compliance training programs to foster a culture of compliance.
Risk Management
- Support the Risk Management process, including:
- Maintenance of Risk Registers
- Documentation and logging of risks on the InfoSec Risk Register
Key Experience and Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as:
- CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
Experience
- Technology sector experience (prior work or equivalent).
- International compliance frameworks and standards, including:
- UK & EU GDPR
- HIPAA
PCI-DSS
- NIST frameworks
- SOC2
- ISO 27001
- ISO 9001
- Project Management experience.
- Experience with compliance tooling.
- Collaborative experience with Information Security and Legal teams.
