Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training)

About The Role

We partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. Right now, we're looking for experienced GRC professionals to help us shape how AI reasons about security policies, compliance frameworks, and risk management.

This isn't a traditional compliance role — it's an opportunity to put your real-world expertise to work on something genuinely new. Your knowledge of how audits, controls, and risk programs actually operate inside organizations is exactly what's needed to make AI smarter and more trustworthy in this space.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures to evaluate their accuracy and completeness
  • Classify and assess compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and similar standards
  • Evaluate risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation
  • Generate and validate training and evaluation data that teaches AI systems how GRC reasoning works in practice
  • Apply your practitioner perspective to catch errors, gaps, and misclassifications in AI-generated outputs

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management
  • Solid working knowledge of at least one major framework — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, or similar
  • Comfortable reading, interpreting, and critiquing policy documents, audit reports, and control narratives
  • Detail-oriented with clear, precise written reasoning
  • Self-directed and able to work independently on asynchronous tasks

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
  • Background in information security, internal audit, or enterprise risk
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance environments (HIPAA, GDPR, FedRAMP, etc.)
