Migraine Treatments
Migraine IV Treatment (Vyepti®)
Vyepti® is a next-generation migraine treatment offering long-lasting relief for chronic migraine sufferers. Administered as an intravenous infusion every 12 weeks, Vyepti® works by targeting and blocking CGRP, a key protein involved in triggering migraine attacks.
This FDA and NHS approved therapy has been shown to significantly reduce the frequency and severity of migraine episodes, helping patients experience more migraine free days.

Migraine Injections (Botox®)
Delivered through a series of targeted injections across the head and neck, Botox® works by reducing the release of pain transmitting chemicals and relieving tension that can trigger migraines. Patients report a significant reduction in both headache frequency and intensity, with benefits increasing over time with repeat treatments.
Botox® is an excellent option for patients experiencing 15 or more headache days per month, especially when traditional medications have not delivered sufficient relief.
Please note: Botox® for migraine is a prescription-based treatment and requires a full medical consultation. Treatment will only be offered if clinically appropriate.
Hayfever Treatments

We understand the toll that hay fever can take, from disrupted sleep to avoiding the outdoors and social events altogether.
That’s why we offer a clinically guided approach to managing hayfever. Our doctors assess each case individually and consider the full range of treatment options, from optimised over-the-counter and prescription medications to more advanced therapies.
Our Approach
There is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to hay fever. Some patients respond well to oral antihistamines, nasal sprays, and eye drops. Others may benefit from specialist-prescribed medications or long-term desensitisation options such as immunotherapy.
In rare and more severe cases where symptoms persist despite best efforts with standard treatments a carefully considered medical intervention may be discussed. This may include the off-licence use of systemic corticosteroids.
These treatments are not routinely recommended due to their potential side effects and should only be considered under the guidance of an experienced doctor, and only when safer alternatives have been exhausted.
